Do I need an account?

If you are wanting to track your parcel delivery or keep track of a quote request then creating an account is the best way to manage this.

Also, if you will be ordering more than once, then an account is a great way to see all your order history.

What if I don't have a logo or want to redesign my existing logo?

What size would I be?

Each product has it own size guide when clicked in too. 

How should I wash my clothes?

All clothing has their own washing and care instructions which are usually located on the tag on the neck or a small tag on the inside seam.
Basic washing instructions include, making sure the clothing is inside out, and do not use aggressive detergent or bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not directly iron on the image; iron on the inside.
Fabrics should be machine washed separately in cool or cold wash setting.

How long will the decoration last?

The decorations should last as long as the garment as long as you follow the washing and care instructions.

How long will delivery take?

Your order will be sent out within 7 days of artwork approval.

How do I track my parcel delivery?

To track you delivery, log into your account to view your tracking information. You will need your Order ID that was provided in your order confirmation email.

What payment options do you take?

We take payment through PayPal, along with all other major credit/debit cards. 

Do you offer refunds if I'm not happy with the product?
